Emergency Notebook (07/07)
I have a notebook that I keep all my important
information in. If something ever happened to my husband or
myself or in the event of an emergency we have all our important
documents and information in one spot ready to grab. I used a
variety of sources to make my notebook such as emergency prep
websites, FEMA, and financial sources. My notebook has copies
of all my important documents and covers information on emergency
procedures, insurance information, liabilities, assets and
retirement benefits, and death procedures. My hope is that if
something happened to my husband or myself that the information
would be there to handle our affairs.
Here is a copy of my notebook. There is an
excel spreadsheet you can type your information in or a pdf document
you can print and fill out. Remember to keep the information
safe and updated.
